Hi my name is Brenda! I love Los Angeles.... it is a great place to live and work..... This is about real estate in the Southern California area with the main emphasis on Baldwin Hills, Crenshaw, Leimert Park, Culver City, Mid-Wilshire and surrounding areas. Topics range from what's for sale (price of homes) and what's sold (market statistics). You will also find articles about what's happening in the communities. I grew up in Los Angeles, attended local schools in the area, and graduated from Pepperdine University with a B.S. in Business Management. I have been selling real estate since 2005.
